Returns Policy
At Creative Image Studio – CR8 for Life, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you would like to return an unwanted item, it must be returned in its original, unused, and resaleable condition within 60 days of receiving your order.
To return an item:
- Complete our Returns Form (if applicable).
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Package the item securely.

Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
60-Day Returns Policy
You may return unwanted items within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- Returns received within 30 days of delivery will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Returns received between 31 and 60 days will be issued as store credit.
Return Postage Costs
Unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
As a small independent business, we work hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible. To do this, we do not build the cost of returns into our product pricing, meaning original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Returns received within 30 days will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Returns received between 31 and 60 days will be issued as store credit.
We will notify you once your refund or store credit has been processed.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift vouchers
- Clearance or sale items
- Special order or bespoke products
- Custom-made items
- Products made or mixed to order
- Opened or used paints, mediums or consumable art materials (unless faulty)
- Downloadable or digital products
If these items are returned without prior agreement, they may be returned to you at your expense.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in a resaleable condition.
If an item has been used, damaged, or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund to reflect any loss in value.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, include photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.
Cancelling or Amending an Order
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend or cancel it, and our standard returns policy will apply.
