Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- Payment has not been authorised.
- Pricing errors have occurred.
- Products are unavailable.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
You will receive an email confirming your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when your order has been dispatched.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and colours are as accurate as possible.
Due to differences in monitor settings, device screens and lighting conditions, actual colours may vary slightly from those displayed online.
Product specifications, packaging and branding may change without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Although we take great care to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch.
Payment
We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers, including those offered by Shopify.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Whilst we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Creative Image Studio – CR8 for Life cannot accept liability for delays caused by couriers, customs, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Order Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.
You must notify us within this period if you wish to cancel.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products are exempt from this right unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty:
- Gift vouchers
- Clearance or sale items
- Special order products
- Bespoke or personalised items
- Custom-made products
- Opened paints, mediums, adhesives and other consumable art materials
- Digital products and downloadable content
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Delivery details are accurate.
- Someone is available to receive deliveries where required.
- Returned items are packaged securely.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage whenever returning goods.
Limitation of Liability
